Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Clear photos showing the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. When applicable, we will also provide a return shipping label.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the item.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the appropriate replacement or resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the policy above, merchandise shipped into the European Union may be eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, when required by applicable law.
The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
